DVD Replication, Duplication and Printing

Storm media can Replicate (Manufacture), Duplicate and Print your all your DVD requirements.

We can replicate, duplicate or print three different types of DVD discs.

DVD5, A standard DVD

A DVD5 is ( A standard DVD) a DVD that stores up to 4.7 GB of data with a printable area of 118mm in Diameter and a weight of 18 grams. A DVD5 is Often referred to as "single sided, single layer DVD"

 

DVD9 Dual Layer

A DVD9 is a single sided dual layer DVD which can store up to 8.5 GB of data with a printable area of 118mm in Diameter and a weight of 18 grams. Numerous retail DVDs are on a DVD9. A DVD9 is two plastic DVD5s pressed together.

 

DVD10 Double Sided
A DVD10 is a double sided single layer DVD with a printable area from 39.5mm to 43.5mm only and a weight of 18 grams. Effectively this means that DVD10 is a dual-sided DVD5 and can hold 8.75 gigabytes of data with 4.38 gigabytes on each side. Two-sided discs need to be flipped over in order to access the other data side.

Artwork can be emailed to us at artwork@stormmedia.co.za

The artwork will be inserted into our DVD template for your approval.

All artwork should be supplied to us as a Jpeg or PDF at 300 Dpi or more.

The artwork needs to be designed using CMYK colours.
