DVD Duplication (from 100 to 500 discs)

DVD Duplication is the process of 'burning' data to a high quality blank DVD-R using a robotic DVD Duplication machine (please see below) that can process large numbers of DVDs quickly and efficiently.

We choose to use only the best quality and most reliable blank media on the market for all of our duplication work. At Storm media we also make sure that the content of each duplicated disc is verified and checked for errors.

The main difference between DVD Duplication and DVD Replication (DVD Manufacturing) is the turnaround time and manufacturing associated costs, both processes produce very high quality discs.

DVD Duplication is ideal for smaller runs of less than 500 discs, or where the discs are required very quickly. DVD Replication is for larger runs from 500 discs all the way up to 10 million or more.

All our Duplicated or replicated CDs and DVDs are printed using a five colour silk screen or offset lithographic process, resulting in a very high quality finish.
